Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates

We currently offer: Standard shipping $6.95, Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more, and Express shipping is available at checkout. 

Shipping Rates are calculated before taxes and discounts unless otherwise stated. 

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are: Standard shipping 3-5 business days, Express shipping 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Wild Rust is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. 

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us at hello@shopwildrust.com and we will gladly help you work with the shipping carrier. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. 

Wild Rust is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
