Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Wild Rust! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible. 

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped. 


Shipping Rates

We currently offer: Standard shipping $4.95, Free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more, and Express shipping is available at checkout. 

 

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are: Standard shipping 3-5 business days, Express shipping 1-2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays. 

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. 

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

At Wild Rust, we carefully package and ship every order to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. However, once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, unexpected delays may occur.

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears to be lost, please contact us at our customer service email so we can assist you.

  • Delayed Packages: Shipping carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund. We ask that customers allow us time to investigate and work with the carrier to locate the package.
  • Missing Packages: If a package is suspected to be lost, Wild Rust will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements will be determined after reviewing the circumstances and applicable consumer protection requirements.
  • Packages Located After a Refund: If an order is refunded and subsequently delivered, the customer will be asked to either complete payment for the merchandise or return the items using a prepaid return shipping label provided by Wild Rust.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. 

Wild Rust is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
